Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at fashinara. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Swimwear (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect item received)

For defective or incorrect swimwear, you must provide clear photos showing the issue when submitting your request.

3. Return Process

After receiving confirmation from our customer service:

  • Please send the item(s) along with a packing list or order details (including product ID)
  • A valid tracking number must be provided for the return shipment

We will process your return or exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

6. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card only)
  • Processing time: 7–15 business days depending on your card issuer

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
  • If you have not received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card provider

7. Important Notes

  • We do not accept return or exchange requests for promotional or special offer items once sold, unless required by law
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
